Magnus Kjørrefjord is a Norwegian screenwriter, director, and actor with extensive experience spanning television, film, and stage. He possesses a distinctive voice in dramedy and character-driven narratives, often marked by a keen observation of human relationships and identity. Background and Education: Magnus is a classically trained actor holding a Bachelor of Arts from Rose Bruford College in London (2000–2003). He furthered his education with a Postgraduate Certificate in Drama Education (PGCE/PPU) from Oslo Metropolitan University and has sharpened his screenwriting craft through specialized masterclasses with renowned industry figures like Arne Berggren at Rubicon TV, and Kelly Davis at Skriverommet. Film and Television As a showrunner and screenwriter, Magnus has spearheaded several major development projects. He is currently the creator and head writer of the dramedy series "Jørgen is Asexual" for Cylinder Productions, a project exploring themes of sexual orientation and unconventional family structures. His previous credits include developing the drama series "Helg" for Rubicon TV and serving as a script consultant for The Oslo Company on the TV-series "Russebussen" (TV2). In 2021, Magnus made his mark with the feature film "Første gang" (The First Time), produced by Atomfilm, which he initiated and steered from original concept and screenplay through to direction and theatrical release.
